Service was so-so but the food was good. Wouldn't let me order a single hot dog tho. Idk how a hot dog place is gonna not let you order a single hot dog. So I ended up buying a meal AND an order of French toast. When all I really wanted was the french toast and a hot dog, I instead got 2 dogs, fries and 3 french toast. Little overpriced since I ended up paying 24 dollars with a tip. I used to love going here and still like the food, but they’ve really gone downhill lately in terms of their staffing choices. They’re incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve gone here a million times, and obviously in the food industry, mistakes are occasionally made- understandable. After my last experience I won’t be going back though. I have been going to Louie's for years and had good service and food - except for one waitress. I went there on January 28, 2019 around 10pm and the waitress on duty went way out of her way to be incredibly rude several times so it was very intentional (She is their worst waitress). She is the first waitress in my life that I did not give a tip to (And I always give waitresses 20% tips). I am an easygoing person and not hard to please at all. I doubt I will go back there again.
