I wanted to like this place with all the good reviews. It was my birthday so I wanted a good Italian place while trying singers new with good reviews. First, it is really hard to find parking here. We ordered drinks and after about 10 minutes they said they didn’t have the ingredients for the drink I ordered that is on their menu. So I ordered another and again about 10 minutes goes by and they come back and say they do in fact have the ingredients from my first order. I kept my second drink order in place. It took a long time to even get the drinks for two of us. Only two of us were at this table. Then it took well over 30 minutes to get our food and when we did, my friend’s food was visibly burnt. It was chicken. I can’t believe they even served us this! My friend, of course, sent it back and we complained that it stay took a very long time to get our food that now we have to wait for this to be cooked correctly? When my friend’s food came out it looked completely different from the first one they served us. This time it was appropriate. We sat there while seeing other large tables come in, be seated, and served way before we got the burnt meal served to us. When we complained and expected that we’d not get charged, but we were, the manager came out and asked us why we wanted something taken off. We were completely shocked! He was very rude telling us that, yes, they then redid the meal that was burnt. Not mentioning the fact that we waited longer than any other tables and that they even served us that burnt meal. Never again will I go to this place with the horrible...

Food was ok and delicious. Service was ok and friendly. The main entry and appetizer food list was just on one page little list, which was strange . There weren’t many items to choose from . Why did they seat us in the front room , where the bar is where it was very loud and uncomfortable ? It was too busy with people trafficking in and out , walking back and forth right behind me, or waiting in groups right next to us, to be seated in the other room next door which seemed a lot more spacious and quieter. After a while it looked odd and I got a strange impression of the entire ambiance. We were the only ones seated there the entire time . All other guests who came in were let into the other more elegant hall. We were the only ones who were seated in the crowded narrow room , with people sitting and talking loudly at the bar right behind us. All the other tables next to us, left and right of our table have been empty the entire 2 hours we were there. Unfortunately because of that we ended up with the bitter after taste that we were simply just...

Nice atmosphere, great service. From 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there is a half off drinks and pizza happy hour that is not to be missed. My only real complaint is that the place seems to have an identity crisis. They want to be an upscale restaurant and cater to an older or at least wealthier crowd. But they also want to draw in young people. If you go for happy hour you see the split. The happy hour only happens in the bar area, and the restaurant area which has many more tables is reserved for full price fine diners.

It makes no sense to me. The half measure ends up making everyone unhappy. The first time I went for happy hour there was space on the bar side and I got the deal I wanted. The next time I went it was full and I had to sit in the dining area and pay full price for everything. So I ended up not drinking to keep the bill at a reasonable point. After that experience I'm thinking of not going back on the chance that the bar side...

A very disappointing meal that most definitely would not have been worth it had it not been for the gift card we had. We started with two cocktails (cupid shuffles $13/per drink) that kinda had a very stomach bile-vomitty taste. Next, we ordered the fried calamari appetizer ($16). This was undeniably the highlight of the meal. The texture was perfect and the honey sauce drizzled on top was to die for! I ordered the penne aroma ($26) and Bruce ordered the ribeye ($48). The penne was pretty good, the sauce and pork were sweet and the mushrooms were amazing. Only complaint was the ratio of pasta; it felt seriously drowned by the sausage and mushrooms. The ribeye was a bit underdone even for medium-rare. The sauce on top was also extremely overwhelming and took away from the meat. Service was also not very attentive. Appetizer plate wasn’t taken away and waters were left unfilled. All in all, probably would not come back.

We made reservations on a Saturday at 6:00pm to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. The dinner we ordered was Filet Mignon and Lobster Ravioli. Both were excellent. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. We were disappointed that an Italian restaurant did not serve complimentary bread with our dinner. We ordered the bread basket, the choice of bread was not very good except the slices of sour dough bread. The Caesar salad was below average. The tiramisu didn’t seem real fresh, not like the one shown in a previous photo on this website. The restaurant employees knew we were celebrating our anniversary and didn’t surprise us with a little special treat after our dinner. If you want to go to a quiet intimate place to celebrate something special, this restaurant is very noisy.
