The cooks are always smiling and very nice,BUUUUUT THOSE FEMALES TAKING ORDERS ALWAYS HAVE VERY NASTY ATTITUDES!! IT'S LIKE THEY LIVE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BED!!! NO EXAGGERATION!! The food is tasty and I love to go here to grab a bite for the family when I'm not in a cooking mood. I had family in town from SC and raved about the food! My family did not like the way the cashiers handled us. I feel like the owner should take pride in tjis establishment enough to put people in those positions that greet customers with a smile and are happy to serve ad are patient In explaining the menu if need. How could u allow them to carry on this way. Even though the food is tasty u will lose many people because of the rude and nasty interactions from the cashiers. I would give 5 stars but that alone is enough to ruin...

This place is beyond ghetto. I ordered two hotdogs w/ ketchup and I got what I ordered. But that was it. The hotdogs were basically thrown in a microwave and felt like they just came out of the package. The employees weren’t professional at all, but what can you expect from that side of the city? You walk in and profane hip-hop music is blasting, they didn’t greet me, and they stared at me until I asked if they had a restroom. And then to stop it off the female employees were having a sexual conversation with another male employee that was working saying “ Oh, he could definitely bust a nut!” and then they forgot I was standing there asking “Oh, I’m sorry! Did you order two hotdogs with ketchup?!” and I never walked away from the counter. There are reasons this side of the city...

If I can leave a worse review with no stars, I would the customer service was the worst service I've ever had, and to be honest every time I go in there the people who wait on me are very rude and unresponsive to customers as they walk into the building. I asked Cooki a question about the menu about veggie dogs because I had never heard of a veggie dog. This person actually told me that the name should speak for herself as if I might've wanted to know exactly what kind of veggies are in the dog, but I digress I just wanted to leave a message That the customer service at this place definitely needs to change because this is not the first time that I've encountered very rude employees matter-of-fact.
