McDonald's — Restaurant in Buffalo

I am usually extremely against posting bad reviews but enough is enough with this location. Between everyone in our household, we frequent this McDonald's practically every day. We've had numerous orders messed up (which i can look past.. it's a fast food place and it happens), and I've stayed quiet in the past about the language and obscene conversations I've heard (loudly) between employees (with managers standing by no less), and I've never said a word when I've been in a hurry, but the employees would rather stand around and talk or move at an insanely slow snails pace, or when they are making burgers with no hair nets or visits covering their crazy hair.. but today when we took the kids to get an after school meal, all of our order came out but one of our sandwiches (we actually got 2 and the one that did come out was burnt, but we said nothing) one of us stayed at the counter waiting and the girl nastily said "well you don't need to stand there watching us" a slight argument insued and the manger came over and tried to quiet the employees, but failed. Ordered food multiple times tonight from door dash. First time they lost over half the order and messed up the few things that were delivered completely. The second time we ordered they still forgot stuff and everything tatstes off. Not to mention when the food was delivered it reeked of cigarette smoke. I have no care what they do on off time but it smells so bad and ruins my appetite. I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to smoke inside with how badly it reeks. I would give less than 1 star if I could, but I needed to make sure that people know how terrible this one is. I recommend going to any other location with how god awful this is. I just need quick food and they couldn't deliver something so simple. That's another thing, they took half an hour to get the food together, there were only a few items in it! Terrible service, they never get orders right for door dash and other food delivery services, they somehow ran out of carbonated drinks, their drive thru lines are unreasonably long for no reason and that’s because the workers stand around and do nothing. I went inside to order (never actually got to order) and I see three people at the counter waiting for their food, a couple who ordered together and a young man. When I tried to order on their newly installed ordering system it said it was out of service, so I just waited at the counter…….. for ten minutes……. because some of the workers were working at the drive thru windows and the others were talking. One other was sitting in the dining area eating and talking with a friend and was as well on the phone. If you go to this McDonalds just be prepared to either wait long periods of time to order and receive your order (if its even correct) and to see employees...
