Went there and there was 2 unprofessional team members who worked on 1/6/25 at around 6:00 pm. Believe the one lady's name was Ann (could be mistaken). She didn't want to give me the lettuce that I requested once I politely let her know that I wanted to order 2 rice bowls. She wanted to give me what she wanted. I informed her of which lettuce I wanted and she stopped making my food. Gave her co worker a look as if she wasn't going to make my food and then had the other worker do it. She proceeded to make faces and then speak over me while I was ordering my food with her coworker. She then got on her phone and was talking and was mumbling things under her breathe. I can tell that she won't last long there and if the young lady doesn't stop following her lead, she won't be working there either. It's sad that you have to receive terrible service. Have to be more careful with who you hire. They gave Rachel's a horrible outlook. If you look at the reviews at this location, you can see plenty of complaints. They need to clean sweep here and get new staff or thjs location may close due to lack of support. And as far as that older lady working here, you need to learn customer service and leave...
Read moreI am beyond disappointed with the staff working on Tuesday 8/19/25 for telling me I couldn’t be in the store with the service dog I had with me. I tried to explain that it wasn’t a pet, that it’s a trained service animal, and public access can’t be restricted for a service animal, and she would not listen. I’ve walked into this location before with a service animal and had no problems, but this worker would not be reasoned with. When I said I was just picking up a mobile order anyway, she told me to wait by the door and not come in. Again I tried to explain that what she was doing was illegal and she said it didn’t matter because there is food and “people don’t want dog hair in their food”. Beyond what she said and did (which, again, is illegal) she was extremely rude in the way she spoke and looked at me. An absolutely terrible experience and I will never be back to any Rachel’s location now.
I would have loved to call and speak with the owner about this experience directly, but their website hasn’t been updated and the ticket support system is no longer in service. Read moreFood tasted decent however they were out of tabouli and backlava )which was the same at another location I want to a couple months ago) and my biggest complaint is that when I got home I discovered they had not given me the rice pudding I paid for..ok that happens.. but I left a nearly empty store and I have called and called and no one will answer and "voicemail is not set up" so now I'm upset because I don't have time to drive back there..I don't even live or work out there I was in the area for an appointment. So I don't think I'll be getting a refund and I am definitely not ok with being ripped off
One employee was friendly and helpful and the other was friendly enough until I missed something she said ..she has an accent and I didn't hear her so I said "I'm sorry I didn't catch that can you please say that again" and she paused and got annoyed and had an odd attitude about it and then said she "I will repeat myself" before answering. Not sure if that's just how she comes across or if it was intentional but I found it unnecessary and rude.
