I pressed the red button to order the food and waited about ten minutes to be told I’ll be right with you. 4 cars pulled up a few minutes after me and I continued to wait 15 minutes before I pressed the red button again because they were taking all the other car orders that got there after me. When the girl began to take my order she started with an attitude and began tu rush me as if image was frustrated, probably because it was busy, wanted to go home or just wasn’t trying to take accountability to her actions. I explained to her please stop rushing me. She became loud and angry and cursing in the background as James took over. I explained what happened to James and he took my order and apologized and made me aware that Elbe didn’t know what was going on. He finished my order. A few minutes later the girl that took my order came out to bring my order and she tried to justify her actions and say it’s busy and we always rush people and that’s to bad have a bette attitude she stated with the rolling of the eyes and smack of lips. She had glasses on. She came to my car trying to press me when in fact that could have turned in a whole different direction. The customers in the other car got out and said to me that the employee was wrong and unprofessional. She said I handled it correct and she can’t believe she came out to try to press me in an unprofessional manner. The other customer advised me to call corporate and speak to a manager and a district manager because it wasn’t her first rodeo. Very disappointed. Read moreShould have read the reviews, but I didn't since I've been here before. Ordered a combo meal and a oreo shake, never got the drink that should have come with the shake. The young lady at the window was so rude, in a rush and just seemed not to understand a word that I was saying so I asked for my receipt to leave and she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I decided to call and speak to a manager, spoke to Dejaun who claimed to bea manager, which I doubt is the truth. His bad attitude was present as soon as he answered the phone. Before I could tell him what the problem was he stated, "I'm sorry I don't know why that happened to you". This statement confused me since nothing happened to me. I wanted to know why I didn't get my combo beverage, I was charged $3 for the orwo shake which is the normal price for after 8pm so I should have still received a drink. He did offer me to come all the way back and get a shake, I never wanted a shake since I already had one. I wanted a regular drink that I should have gotten. Had he not been in such a rush to finish playing in the back with co-workers and friends maybe he could have employed some type of customer service skills and problem resolution techniques or better yet maybe Sonic could hire people who actually want to work and do a good job. I ordered my food ahead about 5 minutes before arriving. When I got there I arrived at a stall and checked in as you should. The order appeared on screen and once it was "on the way" it was removed.
After about 15 minutes of waiting for my food I gave up and went inside. I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes trying to get anyone to get my food for me. finally someone helped and got me the food I had asked for that was supposed to be delivered to me at the stall. Of course my fries were cold and my shake was melted. Additionally my drink that I had customized did not have the customization I'd asked for in it.
I went back inside to remedy it but couldn't get anyone after 5 minutes so I said screw it. The absolute worst customer service experience I've had at any restaurant. Go here only if you want your order to be forgotten somewhere because they're trying to keep their times...
