I'm so disappointed. I went there for 30 yrs. In most recent yrs just for cutlets & sausage, but for many yrs I bought meat packs. I purchased one for the meat packs for the 1st time in probably 10yrs a few weeks ago. The meat was packed so sloppy, the steaks are super thin, tough, definitely poor grade, I had to put the stuffing back into the chops because it was so mushy & wet & wasn't holding together , my sausage links had tiny sharp BONES thru it, hamburg is probably a 70/30 split if not less, chicken breasts were funky! WTH happened there? Not to mention the place is filthy, just absolutely filthy! They have more great value product on the shelves than Walmart. I know the place changed hands, but I have NEVER seen it look so dirty & dilapidated. Just...

Their manager called me an idiot and liar after they told me the order was on the way and told me that never said that. I skipped school to be home for the order they should have called and let us know it wasn’t coming. The manager then lied to me and got another employee to lie that he didn’t call me a liar and an idiot. Horrible way they treat their customers, then wouldn’t even give out their first name to me so when I told my mom the things they said and how they talked to me I couldn’t even tell her who talked to that way. They kept intrupting me and hanging up on me when I was just trying to then ask when the order can be picked up instead since they are clearly incompetent and can’t get an order/delivery right the first time.

This place is my go to corner store/bodega. Great deli counter and amazing meat pack selection, good little variety of shure fine products to keep your pantry stocked, a tiny produce selection that is consistently fresh, and the coolers always have fresh and fairly priced everyday items, milk, bread, eggs, cheese, and so on. Having it nearby really cuts down on trips to the bigger grocery stores (which are farther away and nobody in my household has a car) and the staff here and you get well acquainted and are...
