Went in there for a sandwich and separate bills and the girl added them together , was not happy about that,especially when I told her separately ,I wonder what part of "separate bills did she not understand ? I saw cars coming and going while we watch them get their sandwiches before us hmmmm. My friend and I were the only ones in there at that time then someone did come in 10 minutes after us. FINALLY after waiting for 30 some odd minutes, she puts 3 sandwiches up and ask if it was ours, nope, it was the guy that ordered after us. Needless to say my friend was not very happy.. Clearly he asked for his money back, which they did, BUT not without saying her 2 cents (never argue with a customer). One girl was making the sandwiches while 5 others look on, and one not wearing gloves. I told the one girl making sandwiches and not wearing gloves and handling the meat that she should have gloves on..The girl not wearing gloves says to me," I washed my hands" Ahh no thank you, I WILL NOT EVER EAT...
Read moreI have eaten here a couple hundred times, but today I came through the drive thru and ordered the spicy pepperoni with extra jalapenos, my usual order, it is supposed to come toasted, but when I got it, there were no jalapenos and it was ice cold. I then called hoping for a remake or a refund but the lady said she would talk to the employee and then she just hung up on me. Edit: I was just called back by a man named lee and he apologized for the situation and then explained to me what happened. He then told me that he would like to pay for my next Sandwich.
