I attempted to go inside the restaurant at 10:40, the posted hours of operation on the door indicated the dining room opened at 9am, however the doors were still locked. We pull up to the drive thru, following 1 car at the speaker box. We waited in line, to be greeted with “hold on a minute.” I know that’s not how you properly greet people. We waited for several minutes at the speaker box while the employee who was running the drive through struggled with helping the car in front of us- I can say that she struggled with certainty, as her headset was still on. When she realized, she told our vehicle that she “wasn’t talking to us.” We waited to order until the vehicle in front of us was getting their food. When we began to order, a different employee had began taking our order. The first employee cut the other employee off and we had to start the order over again. All together we had said our order 3-4 times. We were told to pull up to the second window for our total. When we passed the first window, there was a tacky hand written sign that said “We do not accept Apple Pay!!!!!!!” That is tacky, and unprofessional, please take it down. We pulled up to the second window where we were not greeted, but were asked again about what drink went in the order (which was repeated several times). The manager was working the drive thru. She had disheveled hair, and looked like she was not ready to be at work. She asked the car behind us to hold, we were the only car they were taking care of. We were not told our total. The diet Dr. Pepper did not have sufficient syrup. The food, and order accuracy were on point. The fries were crisp and hot, the chicken was as well. The only problem we ran into was the service that your manager provided. Whoever was running the back of the store deserves accolades because they seem to be the only thing functioning in this team. Please address this employees training, because this was, by far, the worst service I have received at this restaurant. Occasionally, we receive better service, but I would not recommend overall- there’s plenty of other restaurants...

I initially went to the drive threw but after sitting for some time without the line moving we decided that going inside might be the better option. They seemed to be fully staffed. The cashier had an attitude, didnt greet a single customer and didnt wait to hear our entire order before trying to give us the price then when we informed her that out order was not complete she gave us an attitude. While waiting for our there was even a staff member who left the building for several minutes than returned talking about wanting to fight a customer in drive threw. When we did receive our food after some time the fries were cold, the nuggets were barely warm, and the sandwiches didnt have any lettuce tomato or onion on them. Normally I would not leave a review, but this is not the first time that somthing along these lines has happened at this location. There have been several times that I went here at night and was made to wait in line for up to 25 minutes for my car to even get to the ordering window. This is unacceptable and looking through the reviews I am seeing I am not the only one experiencing this. Managment leaves replies claiming they will speak to staff or whomever but CLEARLY this has not achieved anything (if they in fact even spoke to anyone about this). Quite frankly I feel my time would be better spent going to ant number of the other fast food options than to wait excessively long times in this...
Read moreThe customer service is lacking severely. Pulled up about 1:10am, waited 15 minutes with no greeting or anything at the speaker. Pulled up to the window where we waited another couple minutes before being "greeted" for lack of a better term only to get no greeting and be told they are only doing mobile orders. So we sat there with a ton of cars behind us and ordered our food online, only to have to wait another 15 Minutes for our food. I checked our food while my husband pulled out and realized I had ordered spicy nuggets instead of regular ones so I immediately ordered my nuggets as my husband pulled back around the other cars that were waiting at the speaker. We pulled up to the window and sat for 5 minutes thinking they were getting our order ready, but no, my husband honked, no one came, at this point it's 1:50am and we had already been sitting g there with no one acknowledging us for 10 minutes, so my husband laid into the horn, the girl comes to the window at 1:55 and says "we're closed" and proceeded to chastise us for "coming at the last minute" then tells me I don't need to be yelling at her, which my voice was raised bu t I was in the back seat on the other side of the car and she kept making me repeat myself like she couldn't hear me. She insisted that no one made us wait, and it was our fault for coming at the last minute....not to mention our fries were awfully cold and soggy for the 15 minutes that we waited originally for our food and the frosty machine...
