It seems like they care more about the atmosphere than the actual food itself, I cannot eat dairy so that’s a problem. I went here with my friend and her mom and they came here once before without me and they liked it. I wanted a glazed donut and I asked the lady behind the counter if it had any dairy product(s) in it, she said no but I didn’t believe that because I also got the avocado toast and when it came out, there was no searing all it was, was a toasted bagel with smooshed avocado. I ask for some salt and pepper, the employee looked in the back for about 5 mins or more but eventually she got it. So that’s made me question the donut having dairy or not. My cappuccino arrived as a majestic cup of foam — roughly 80% froth and a splash of actual coffee hiding somewhere at the bottom, like a rare treasure. As for the service? Think royal court vibes: the staff act like you're lucky they even let you in. I had to politely beg multiple times just to receive the food I paid for — each request met with the enthusiasm of someone being asked to clean a public restroom. Honestly, it felt like I had wandered into a café run by a self-declared queen who believes customer service is beneath her. If you enjoy overpriced air, passive-aggressive glares, and a nice side of condescension,...
