Vinny's N.Y. Pizza & Grill - Buford — Restaurant in Buford

This place since we moved to ga was our favorite pizza place. Closest to a nothern pizza we have found. Service has always been great and fhe food. Tonight was different. I ordered hot wings and when taking my first bite there was something wrong. I took a second and figured it out. It was some sort of cleaner. Horrible and i and my daughter could have gotten really sick. I told the waitress right away. She took them back to the kitchen and then returned about 5min later. She offer more wings or something else on the menu. I did choose a cheese steak. About five min later the manager came over and asked if the new food was good. I did reply yes and told her about the wings and she had no clue. She went back to talk to the cooks and check. To make things worse there was no apology for the situation and or anything. The waitress from that point only came back to give the check. It was like we were a problem client. Upon leaving people in the kitchen were pointing at us making comments. Things were definitly off today and the staff was not the same. I will go back to give another chance. I hope it is better and the food never has a issue again. The worst place to eat the people are nice but the overall experince is the worst I WITNESSED the manager BILL was his name HUMILIATE one of his employees a young girl heard something about leaving someone on hold and heard something about being an Emt And don't leave me on hold I'll die as they were in the kitchen he humiliated this girl as she had to walk back up to the front where she works and have everyone all stare at her in confusion because she made a mistake the young woman was very nice when we were greeted through the door seated us and was on her way and was very busy there is no excuse for the horrible treatment she endured we left feeling disgusted that a grown man would ever talk and treat a girl that age with such disrespect and will not be placing my business with them again was horrified and felt sorry for that girl and this was at 6:40 on Thursday March 16, 2017 this incident just happened and I could not stay any longer how appalled I was at this man who is supposed the an authority figure to treat people with such disrespect and is unhuman do not support...

We went here during a weekday night and it was not that busy. We really enjoyed their food great pizza and love their subs.

The only thing that happened was something that happens with stereotypes of races. We asked for more fries and it was clearly stated and she said more rice? Pardon me but this is a pizza Italian restaurant you don't have rice on the menu??!

I told her 'no' not rice but fries' she obviously realized her mistake and could not make eye contact with us for the rest of the night . We are an Asian family but the U.S.A. has been my home for well over 40 years and I speak perfect engish but some parts of Georgia is still not comfortable with our race. I don't know if we will go back but everyone needs to try their pizza it's the best around the Buford/Braselton area.
