sat in line for 30 minutes before we even reach the window. finally got to the window it took another 5 minutes to not even be greeted rather rudely told our total she walked over to the window with our food and took our money And when we asked the manger Julie why our total was very low for 3 burgers she rudely explained why. when my mother handed her the money she walked away with the money to the back of the kitchen leaving our food on the counter she then came back upfront and held our money to the light the gave us our change when we asked for a receipt she told us they were out of receipt paper. My mother asked for corporate number the girl said it’s on the window and slammed the window in our face. When she opens the window back up finally we asked again the manager proceeded to allow her employee to yell at us. They eventually gave us the receipt paper “they didn’t have” and ripping our receipt. we asked for the employees name that yelled she wouldn’t give it to us and told us no have a good day. The whole order was wrong upon the door dashers arrival they said they had no 5 piece hand breaded chicken tenders or any chicken available except chicken stars so she said that she'd take a California classic meal instead and then she also said she' wanted her change cause it's a much cheaper meal and wanted no lettuce and tomato when we received our order the burgers where slapped together with sauce all over the buns the double western and both fries where cold and lettuce and tomato where on my wife's burger we where completely dissatisfied with our order and would like a full refund for the inconveniences and horrible...
