Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bullhead City

I went to Little Caesar 2 weeks ago on 9/14/24 and I went to the drive thru. I ordered a cheese pizza. I already knew it was going to be a wait and I was fine with that. The guy said that it was going to be 15 minutes. That's fine I went and paid and he gave me my card back so I went and parked. It was busy because it was a Saturday night. I was in the parking lot for an hour waiting on my 1 CHEESE pizza. I then went inside to get a refund because I have waited long enough and my kids are in the car hungry. I had to wait in line for 10 more minutes before I was helped. I told the counter person that I want a refund on my cheese pizza because I was outside waiting for an hour. I then notice that an older couple was also wanted a refund because they were also waiting a hour but they ordered a pepperoni pizza. The guy who I THINK was the manager asked me for my receipt so he can give me a refund but I told him that the guy working the drive thru didn't give me a receipt. The same thing with the older couple they didn't have a receipt either. The manager said that if I came back the next day he would give me a refund and my pizza for the inconvenience. Okay that's fine. I left and went back the next day. But before I went I called and talked to the manager and he said he would have my order ready at 6:30p.m. and that he would give me 2 pizza's for the inconvenience. I showed up at 6:50p.m. and talked to the manager and he said that my order wasn't ready yet and it would be out shortly. I get the pizza's at about 7p.m. and I opened the box and noticed that the CHEESE pizza just didn't look good. That you can tell that whoever made the pizza did not use the ring for sauceing and cheesing and the crust was really big and one side of the crust had cheese on it. I was VERY disappointed at this point. The manager then asked me if I wanted them to remake the pizza again. I said no because I have waited long enough. I decided that I wasn't going to let this one experience determine if I want to go back.

This time on 9/24/24 I ordered online and got a cheese pizza and a pepperoni with bread sauce and the puffs. I made this order at 7:08p.m. and I was still at the store and my estimated time said it would be done at 7:18 to 7:30. Okay that's fine. I showed up at 7:20p.m. and my husband went inside to get our order. He noticed that there was a lot of pizzas on the landing table that have been just sitting there and he was waiting for over 10 minutes. He then told the manager to place our pizzas in the warming box to keep them hot because we didnt want cold food. We did not receive our order until 7:50p.m. I am very disappointed because when we got home our pizza's were cold and not the best. So my order took about an hour to get. It was a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza with bread sauce and the puffs. I feel like a hour wait for an order like this is not okay for the business of the restaurant it is a Tuesday night it shouldnt be that busy to wait that long for such a small order. I am very disappointed and I don't think I will be going back again.

I don't know if this is a staff thing or what's going on in there but I feel like this needs to be addressed if you want to keep your business.

UPDATE 2024: This location is trash. I haven’t had their pizza in over a year and decided to order some fresh pizza for pickup. We’re so disappointed. The food is awful now, they skimp on the toppings on their formally delicious extra most bestest. I have added photos of the extra most nasty greasy cardboard flavored “pizza” next to my original photo of when it was good so you can see how bad it’s gotten.

They have also lost their minds with the greedflation. I went to order from the app and it auto selected Kingman. I didn’t notice until I went to check out. I switched to BHC and the price of everything was higher by $2~3, and my order total was $10 higher. Hmm, ok that sucks. Out of curiosity I looked at a Little Caesars in LA county and wow. BHC residents are having to pay California prices for their trash pizza.

My original review has been viewed thousands of times, and I probably helped them get a bit more business. I don’t want to help this location anymore. Boooo. Boooo Little Caesars. 🤮👎🏻🚮

I stopped in to Little Caesars on my way to the river with my family, we arrived in the drive thru a couple minutes before 12:30pm. There was one car in front of us when we pulled up, they then pulled into the parking lot next to the drive thru. We got to the window placed our order for 2 things of crazy bread, we were told (by a young man who looked and acted as if he hated his job) to wait while he checked to see if they had bread, cake back and told us it would be a 10 minute wait. Told him cool no big deal, we'll wait. We then pulled into the parking lot next to the drive thru to wait. 5 other cars came through the drive thru and were told to sit in the same parking lot as us and wait. We watched as one by one each car that came after us left with food!l BEFORE US! After 20 minutes we finally went inside to see what was going on. They had forgot about us. The young man who took the order saw me come in and turned around and walked away! The other guy inside went and grabbed our order which had obviously been sitting there for who knows how long. The bread was room temperature, stale and crunchy. Such a disappointment. Something needs to be done about this location and...
