Foodie Grill — Restaurant in Bullhead City

Extremely bad customer service. Ordered food and was taking a long time but didn’t think too much of it because I noticed it was taking a long time for everybody. All the while they had 3 guys working in the front ( one turning out to be the manager) standing around talking & laughing, doin what appeared to be nothing. Meanwhile, looking around the restaurant, they had dirty salt and peeper shakers and holders that were clearly old and dripping with sauce, tables were dirty and trays just sitting around, all the while, guys still standing around talking. I was sitting right near the front so they could see us & vice versa. People come and gone, we thought since we placed a big order, it was taking along time, almost a hour goes by to find out they had lost our order. The manager’s response was oh “I thought you guys were just sitting there”. Just sitting there?? With a metal order number on our table? And watching the guy who took our order looking at us and not once saying hey, your order should be ready soon. None of that. The manger’s weak excuse and inability to look around his restaurant to even see why we still had a number or even ask why is beyond, again.. because he wasn’t busy. He offered us to make our order for free but waiting around for for god knows how long again, made appetite nonexsistant. We are now waiting to see if our refund is gonna go thru as it hasn’t shown up yet in our bank account. Or there is going to be more to this story. I recommend not going here if you want to eat for quick lunch or have plans for anything else to do cause you will be waiting a very very long time for your food, if you ever get it. It was my first and last time at this place. I’d give it zero stars if this app...

I think this would be a 4.5 if it was allowed. I really hate giving this place a four.

The service was great. Staff had an amazing attitude and energy. The restaurant has a nice aesthetic.

The food portions are phenomenal. I’m normally a member of the clean plate club, but this time I had to split this into two meals. The vegetables were fresh, and there was a really nice balance to some of the flavors.

My only knock against the place… For half a star… Was that the Shawarma texture was a little bit off. I normally think of Shawarma being cut off of a spit. This was more of a chipped beef, and the flavor was more like a teriyaki than a Shawarma. It tasted good, but it wasn’t what I was anticipating. That did not stop me from eating all of it and wishing there was more.

I unequivocally recommend this as a stop. This is a great value and a well executed product.

All right… I can’t do it. I moved it back to five stars. This place deserves it.

I will also note that Apple Maps doesn’t quite know where this place is. It takes you to the wrong side...

Mixed thoughts on this place. As having a middle eastern mother, I'm very familiar with this type of cuisine. I've also managed several different fast casual Mediterranean places so I know the challenges. First thing to keep in mind is you'll always have people complain your food isn't authentic, disregard these comments, each middle eastern country makes good differently there's no way to satisfy all people and the way their family made it. The dining room was clean. 2. The hood and kitchen walls behind the spit were dirty. 3. The men's room had no hot water. 4. The guy who took my order kept watching the game above my head, and used his cellphone the entire time. 5. Seasoned rice needs more seasoning, also switch to long grain rice and rinse it so it isn't so short and dense. 6. Falafel was great.
