China Panda Restaurant — Restaurant in Bullhead City

Very rude person answered phone. ASKED about a late delivery, was told they didn't even check the internet order even though it had been confirmed. I said fine just send it even though it be another half hr -45 mins. She continues to call and argue about my actual wait time. (50 mins not an hr) I let her know this was irrelevant and unprofessional. I asked to just send the order. She calls back 10 mins later with same conversation, at this point I just asked if the delivery is going to happen that she already admitted they never looked at online orders. This is why it had been so long. Done. Waiting another 5 mins, we get a call back AGAIN. Saying if we still want order it's going to be another 25-30 mins. Just canceled at this point. Well unfortunately the only place to get Chinese food in this town used to go to the red Dragon place which isn’t very good, or Panda express 🙁 I have been to China panda several other times and the food was reasonably good, however this time I did not check the food before I left and when I got home I found out that I did not get pan fried noodles when I clearly asked for them in my order of barbecue pork was so tiny that it seem like there were maybe 2 to 3 ounces of meat in there? Then when I called to tell the lady that I did not get pan fried noodles in my chow mein she started arguing with me and told me I never asked for pan fried noodles So instead of treating me like a good customer she treated me like she didn’t care so consequently I now have to drive to Henderson to get...

It’s a shame that I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years when I’m in the area. The lady, seemed to be the only one working and was absolutely rude. Granted a group of about 20 walked in seconds before me and filled the restaurant at various tables They were given menus and their drink orders taken. Me, just setting there. Never a glance or acknowledgement so got up and got my own menu. After sitting there for a bit while she took their orders, she went to the back.
