AT&T Store — Local services in Bullhead City

They have the worst customer service. I went on March 1,2022 and Thomas and Jacob help me the best they could. I don't know what the girls name that was there but she needs training in customer service. She was so rude she should not be working with people. I have been without a phone for 3 days now because of this company not communicating with one another. Jacob saw all the stuff I've been going through and he even said he didn't blame me if I went back to T Mobile. I should blame my son in law for changing to this carrier. But he didn't know how bad they are. My daughter and son in law are in a contract with them but i'm not so I'm going back to T Mobile. At T Mobile they have great customer service friendly staff. If you are looking for a new carrier just walk away from AT&T. Update: I guess for now I'm staying with AT&T. My son in law got a phone to work and is sending it to me. I suggest that you do not seek help from this store. While the employees appear friendly and willing to help, they are willing to blatantly lie in order to make a sale/upgrade/etc. I was told that changing my plan would increase the monthly cost by ten dollars ($10.00), but apparently one of the employees thinks that thirty-five dollars ($35.00) is an equivalent amount.

Not to mention that the wait times are excessive, the store is cramped with little seating compared to the volume, and on most of the occasions I've visited this store there was not a straightforward way to "get in line."

The service at this store was excellent! The Assistant Manager Sebastian was very quick to come out and assist us as soon as we walked in. He was very informative and honest about the phones and which ones he recommended based on actual usage and customer reviews. Very easy to get along with and funny to talk to. Helped with a upgrade and also professionally installed with no errors or mistakes the additional equipment purchased (screen protector). Overall, best wireless store out of all wireless companies and stores (and I have had them all) that I have ever been to. Highly recommend going to this store for anything.
