I placed a mobile order and arrived at the Subway in Bullhead City, Arizona, to pick it up. When I walked in, there was one customer being helped by an associate, and what I assume was the manager (Danielle) sitting at a table doing paperwork. My order was ready on the counter.
Before touching my food, I wanted to wash my hands, so I asked the manager if there was a code for the restroom. Instead of a polite response, she immediately told me the restrooms were for customers only, without even checking if I was a paying customer. I had to clarify that I had placed a mobile order, after which she provided the code.
This interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary, especially considering my order was visibly ready for pickup. When I returned from the restroom, I let her know I was unhappy with her initial response. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I expect better professionalism and courtesy from employees, especially those in a management position. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope the store addresses this to ensure future customers are treated...

Read moreMy husband and I go here probably twice or three times per month to this location. Everyone on every shift we've worked has been pretty good or really good. No negatives there. Food is always good and as per usual, it tastes fresh! I recently tried my normal chicken bacon ranch sandwich, but as a wrap and swapped out the chicken for the new rotisserie chicken, it was super yummy! Also if you've never mixed the XXX vitamin water and the blue powerade... it is good together. As for the store, it's bright and It's pretty clean too.
