Ordered iced macchiato and a bagel. This is my normal order when I go to Dunkin. This location manages to mess this order up every time without fail. The coffee is always filled with sugar and milk with a drop of coffee that tastes watered down. Their coffee almost never has any actual coffee flavor. Their bagels taste like stale cardboard 90% of the time. In addition the service is so slow and unorganized. I went through the drive threw and was asked to park and an employee would bring my order out. I parked and waited 15 minutes and watched 2 more cars go through the drive threw and get their order. I had to physically go inside and ask for my order. To which the employees acted surprised. When I requested my order they had everything half made and forgot about it. This location is horrible. This is the first time i have written a review, but i feel an urge to give a 1 star review every visit. Visit at your own caution. Save your money and invest in your own espresso maker. Trust me you will never go back to this awful establishment once you make your own coffee. Plus it will save you...
Read moreThese people are comically incompetent! I have never been to a Dunkin' where judging by the atrocious quality of food and service, this must be the first day on the job for every single employee there. First of all, they do not know how to make iced coffee, during the first round of chaos, the employee had the audacity to hand me a large cup of sugar and cream with no ice and no discernable coffee taste. When I had them remake it, they finally managed to realize that iced coffee contains ice, and the ratio of coffee to cream/sugar improved slightly, but still no hint of caramel in my caramel iced coffee. The lady making my breakfast sandwich suspiciously took like 5 seconds to make it. My suspicions about the unusually quick sandwich making turned out to be correct when it was ice cold. This prompted a series of exhausting back-and-forth exchanges with these dolts. I had to ask them to remake the sandwich 3 times. First, it was too cold then they forgot some ingredients, and so on and so forth. Worst Dunkin' in Los Angeles County and overpriced too....
Read moreThis location has broken many laws and is in direct violation of California refund laws. They sold items that were out of stock and when a refund was requested. They require app download and account creation for refunds of in person, on location purchases with debit. This is against CA law which states customers have opt-in rights for any personal data collection (ie making a Dunkin account). Holding refunds for non app purchases behind forced opt-in of apps is extortion of owed funds from breach of contract. The employees and manger on-site all state this is the policy of Dunkin. If true this would mean Dunkin actively trains and demands there employees break CA law, as well as violation of consumer rights act. This is an extreme abuse of consumers/patreons and should be pursued by local legal counsel. This is a notice to the franchise owner that you have been made aware of your illegal practices and come any legal action this will be evidence against your willingness to operate within...
