El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Burbank

Usually i like a 2 piece meal leg and thy. Sadly this chicken was really small ,as in tiny ! Very disappointed! While i was waiting for this a man was picking up his nachos. Here asked why no cheese on top? There reply was, "we ran out "! One of the employees brought over boiling Mazzarella cheese and spooned a little on top. The guy was startled by this, but he was hungry so he let it go. The person who took my order on this visit was awesome. This location (very slow moving) the employees move like zombies. The line moves very slow, the 4 times I went there, once I left and didn't order at all. This is in a busy business district, so you have to know most people are on a lunch break. The noise level for the order taker is quite disturbing as they are right in the kitchen, so you have to repeat yourself so many times. This time, I ordered a pollo bowl.... may as well have ordered rice because I received like 3 little...
