OH - MY - GOSH ..... If you want a NON-OILY chicken ask for "the NEW CRISPY style". WOW!!!! Absolutely deliciously moist chicken, CRUNCHY exterior . . and not one drop of oil at this Burbank location.

CLASSIC VERSION IS OILY re: reviews of sopping napkins. If you like oily fingers - then that's your ticket.

GRAVY & MASHED POTATOES - ?

MACARONI & CHEESE - not good even when doused with salt and pepper. My guess is they cooked the pasta in water w/o salt.... not good tasting.. Hope they'll improve that.. :(

BISCUITS - delicious !!!!!!!!

CORN - hard and not good

The crispy chicken is worth it. I'm still dreaming about.. and you get RE-USABLE TUPPERWARE with the sides that is microwaveable ( luv that ).

I'd just not order the bad sides noted ..

The DRIVE-THRU help was amazing; Maria there helped me save some bucks (!?!) as I ordered "#10 without the drink please" and she wrote it up as a different nbr that doesn't have the drink to save me money. THANK YOU MARIA!!

Mmmmmmmm that chicken...

I like this location in Burbank. They are very consistent and friendly. I would rather go to a fast food restaurant that you always got what you ordered nothing more nothing less, then spend $26 at a restaurant the never can get your food right.

I had pre-ordered dinner from outback, their website said that they were going to be open on Christmas day. when I arrived I only found out that they were closed no one was in the parking lot except me.

When I call my family and ask them what they wanted to do all of them said KFC please! Biscuits are always good, gravy and a good moist chicken breast.

The store is always very clean and the people are extremely friendly there!

Do yourself a favor skip the other places and stop by...

I love KFC but this location in Burbank and the one in Glendale do not honor the advertised specials for KFC. Example on the website it shows this address promoting a two-piece leg and thigh meal for $6. When I inquired I was told it's not available. At first the man behind the counter told me he would give it to me for $6.99. but he rang it up for $7.99 and with tax it cost me $8.81. The regular price for this two-piece meal is $9.99 unbelievable. I put in a complaint to the corporate office. The lady on KFC customer service that she believed this advertised special was valid in all restaurants and she could not believe it was...
