Starbucks — Restaurant in Burbank

I was wanting to try the hot Lavender Matcha Oatmilk Latte. I kept seeing this drink all over Instagram and finally caved as it's time to try it.

The line was really long just in the afternoon. It's not my usual time to drink coffee or match but had to wait for an appointment so thought it's a great excuse to drop in and try this new featured drink. I realized it was the time school is out and that's why there was a noticeable influx of teenagers coming in the door as well.

Ordered my Hot Lavender Matcha Oatmilk Latte. (That's quite a mouthful when you order a beverage. Anyway, the barrista knew exactly what I wanted and I think the correct way to order it is ask for Hot Lavender Foam on top of the Matcha Oatmilk Latte.

The wait was sort of reasonable considering there was a good six people ahead of me. I was surprised it was only a ten minute wait. There's been less people in the line ahead of me before with the same amount of wait. Although, the caveat remains with what you order can determine a bit of the wait time as well.

My drink order was ready and I found a nice spot to sit. The great thing about this Starbucks location is there is a lot of outdoor seating as well. The outdoor seating is my favorite place even in the cooler weather as you get to watch everything from the sidelines.

Got to enjoy my Hot Lavender Foam on Top Matcha Latte and it was beyond my expectations. Very delicious indeed! I'm still on the fence about oat milk and the only variation I will make next time is to order it with either almond milk or coconut milk.

I bet this would also taste great iced! Okay, will have to come back and try an iced...

Loud, often messy, and terribly managed. I only order Pike and frequently get something else (that tastes like tar). Last weekend I returned coffee twice because it was wrong. Why do the get it wrong? Because the coffee storage containers they draw from under the counter ARE NOT MARKED. If I wanted mystery coffee I could go to a local greasy spoon and take my chances. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich that they gave to someone else. Unfortunately, I waited until I got home to taste the coffee. It wasn't Pike. It did go down the drain... along with the $2.65 that I paid for it.

The location was recently shutdown and renovated, so I thought I'd give it a try again (it's close to work). Today they could not take cash because they had no change. Apparently, Starbucks thinks it can put lipstick on a pig. This location is still...

I would like to Thank Sofi for her incredible customer service. I had a Celebration of life for our mother and planned this from out of state. Sofi 💐 was so sympathetic to my emotional state after losing my mother. She was kind enough to advice me on the amount of Coffee necessary, she also was able to give me the distance from her Starbucks location to my venue. Not often do you find beautiful gracious people that go over and beyond. Sofi was so precious she greeted me with a Sympathy Card and a beautiful Pot with Gerber daisies it brought tears to my eyes the day I landed and paid for my order. I hope Sofi gets the recognition she deserves for representing this company so perfectly. The coffee was amazing and we are a huge Starbucks coffee drinkers. Go Sofi 🙌🏻💯......
