I don't know how to cook, so for me "eating out" is not any kind of luxury or an escape, but a necessity plus I love to travel. The food is very good and the serving size is generous and filling. A simple bean and cheese burrito is really packed with much food to my delight! So I'm giving full stars for food and customer service because the staff was also friendly and quick to offer me help. Details matter however and I can't give more then one star for atmosphere. To be fair, Taco Bell isn't the only fast food restaurant guilty of the following: One very common and annoying problem is some of the customers that frequent most fast restaurants. Today a transient ordered and had his food in the dining area. He was loud, abnoxious and he was very rude and demanding towards the staff who maintained their friendly compusure. The transient spent most of the time talking to himself out loud by using a half brained and profane version of the english language. When he received his order he proceeded to sit down and stuff his face with his food, while still talking to himself loudly, belching, burping and completely lacking in any proper, acceptable public social etiquette. It is difficult to find a fast food restaurant where this is not the case. Next is the fact that you have to punch a stupid code and like a child in kindergarten you must ask to use the public restroom. The worker politely gave me the code upon asking, but it's still annoyong and embarassing having to always ask for permission to use the facilities, especially if you are elderly or have some medical condition that keeps you constantly in need of running to bathroom. This of course started during the insipid lockdowns and now the excuse is that the transients vandalize, bathe and even sleep in the restrooms. Traveling a long distance is no...

Recently I ordered a few items, including the nacho fries. After a longer than expected wait - the norm at this location - I received my items. Within 5 minutes I was home and opened them up. The other items were prepared well and were hot and tasty. The nacho fries were given to me in a separate bag; the fries were actually cold and soggy, and the cheese had been flipped upside down and spilled all over inside the bag. It’s clear that they gave me an already-prepared bag of nacho fries that had already been thrown around, and I’m extremely disappointed at their judgement in doing that. I’ve attached a photo of that (admittedly poor quality).

In general, this location is hit or miss.

Service at this location is SLOW. No matter what time of day, no matter how full the drive through is, and no matter how many staff members are in the back, there’s ALWAYS an unexpectedly long wait for food. Staff doesn’t watch the front counter and even if there’s multiple take-out/pick-up orders waiting in their tray (behind the counter), staff doesn’t come out to give those out.

Food itself typically ranges from average to fine. I’ve had orders from this location that were fine and as expected, and I’ve had a few that were a disappointment.

Parking is a disaster and the drive through line blocks any cars in the lot in. Drive through fluctuates with how busy it is, but it’s usually busy enough that parking is difficult.

Also, there are frequently unhoused people on the sidewalk out front and near or in the parking lot area. One time (admittedly maybe 2 months ago) one of them had followed me to my car and was acting fairly hostile. So on top of it being slow and mediocre service, it doesn’t always feel...

This place gave me the rudest experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I walked in and I was told I had to wait, I was the only person in line. They had a problem with the register. I wanted the breakfast box and I knew I needed to order it as time was short. I said excuse me, and the girl at the counter said you need to wait. Another girl flipped the signs to lunch. I said that I was there for breakfast and she said that they just stopped. I told her I had been waiting as they asked, but she said they had thrown out all breakfast. When I told her they had asked me to wait she said to bad. I asked the drive up girl for her name she refused to tell me. I understand that because she was rightfully ashamed. Another customer eating in the lobby saw this and said that it was wrong the way I was treated. Currently this location has a very low rating and it makes sense. I am a long time local customer no longer.. for life. I can go many places for breakfast. You don't deserve the...

You can never go wrong at Taco Bell during Happy Hour. The Baja Nlast freeze is my favorite and I get that all the time at Taco Bell. Certain taco bell location freeze machine will be broken from time to time, but this location didn't have that issue. The drive thru is very different from other location but its roomy enough for a big truck. I didn't have to wait long since there was only 3 cars in front of me. You can't go inside because they locked the door so the only option is drive thru. I wish they had pickup if its just a small order like a drink, that would make things so efficient here.

The manager here is very rude and threatened too 86 me over returning a 5 layer burrito to be remade, because it had no Nocho cheese sauce on it.. (!?) Today I found a super long hair in my breakfast burrito...and discovered it by it getting it caught in my throat and teeth!! At first I thought it was really stringy cheese...but it sure wasn't!!! Not eating here again, and you shouldn't either. *Eat at you're own risk
