Hassled over 20 cents. Made me feel like a thief in a way.

Come here frequently and had no issues. Every time I pay I almost always ask if "i'm good" before leaving, but when I returned tonight an employee out of nowhere told me "I was short 20 cents on my last visit."

I don't appreciate being made to feel as if I "purposefully" ripped you off 20 cents by telling me twice that I was short.

Also, next time count the change properly as I usually always ask "if I'm good" when paying such a small amount in change.

Over 20 cents from a customer who has literally spent hundreds with you, is a bit ridiculous.

Never...

So my family decided to order breakfast this morning through Eat24. Our delivery was a little over twenty minutes late and when we called to inquire there was no apology what so ever. The delivery arrived with still no apology for the wait.

The food : The mashed potatoes were good but bland. The salsa that came with my burrito, at least I think it was supposed to be salsa. It was flavorless as if it was plain tomato sauce.

My burrito was good though. I ordered the spicy works burrito and even though it wasn’t really spicy...

I have never actually physically been to their store but I do however order delivery from them on a regular basis. For someone like me who doesn't have many cc cards unlike most delivery services they take cod which is awesome. I have never had a problem with any of their delivery people. They always are super friendly and within the time frame they are suppose to deliver. I rarely order food but have had the turkey sandwich a few times and it's pretty darn good. I highly...
