WATCH OUT FOR YOUR ASTRO LOYALTY DISCOUNTS!!!! Been shopping here for years. All of the employees are great except for the older gentleman who claims he's the manager. The store (willingly) participates in the Astro Loyalty reward program which is fantastic. If the older gentleman is working the cash register and a random discount coupon pops up on your Astro Loyalty account ($7 off), he quickly tries to click the "no thank you" box before you see it and doesn't honor the discount. This has happened 3 different times with him. Luckily, I have caught it every time. He then claims he doesn't know how to process the discount. Funny how all of his employees know how to do it. He then proceeds to tell me every time that Astro doesn't reimburse him for the dollar off coupons, just the free bags of food. So that is my problem? Why enroll your business in a program and then not honor it? Extremely poor excuse and even worse customer service. Trying to support small business and this is the service one receives!? Go elsewhere or wait until one of his better employees is working the register and gives you the discount you are...

This Asian lady; Jin or whether he name is, always on her phone. I once saw a customer ask for help and the Asian lady walked away to answer her cell. So rude.
Then thereās this guy named Andrew. He always says heās going to order stuff but never does. Iāve been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of dog winter shoe/socks that he says he put in. When I asked another worker, they said they didnāt have an order for it.
Then thereās the weird white guy. Dan. He follows me and my dog around the store and itās plain creepy. When I asked him not to touch my dog, he insistently tried to do so. Whenever we enter the store, he makes it a point to try and be near us. Itās creepy and harassment.
The only worker who has ever helped me find what I need for my dog; is a guy...
