Edit: For the past year things have gotten pretty crummy. Staff is new and honestly why work as a barista if you have no people skills knowing you'll have to deal with people . They no longer care what they serve you. Due to a medical condition I refrain from energy drinks having came here many times I know italian cream sodas come in different options so I am very precise in my order. Simple no i don't want redbull i want just club soda green apple or strawberry syrup with cream and whip cream. Add 4 pumps of vanilla syrup and thats that. This last time not only was i given a drink with no whip(which they had because the other gal was in the process of filling other drinks) but when I politely asked her to correct the order she said no whip cream and closed the window. Take a sip of my drink come to find out she filled it with redbull. Asked for my order to be corrected and she said no. It was my lunch break i needed to go back with at least something after wasting my time waiting in line. She said no there's customers waiting. Asked to speak with her manager shes said manager wasnt in yet. That explains it. Sad part she even got tipped.

Read moreI used to go to bigfoot all the time when I lived in auburn because they have the best drinks, friendly and fast service, and good prices. Now that I live in Seattle, the closest is the burien location but I don't think I can come back there. It took us 30 minutes to get through the line and there were only 2 cars in front of us who ordered around 2 drinks each. Service was snails pace slow. I ordered the new seasonal drink and the barista told me that she hates making that drink because she had to use multiple blenders which I didn't know but felt bad about it. I tried to use my rewards card but was told that I needed to register it online and that I need to know my number?? Which I never needed at other locations. And today I noticed that I got double charged for my order! (Not sure if that is my banks fault or bigfoot but an inconvenience nonetheless). Overall this experience made me not want to come back to this location. I will have to drive further next time when I want bigfoot (already had to drive over 20 minutes just to get to this location). I am just mostly sad because I love and want to support this business but now it is too hard to get even...
Read moreLong time Bigfoot Java customer and today 1/10 around 9pm stopped by Bigfoot Java for a late night coffee run and since moving to West Seattle we don’t mind making the trip since it’s one of our favorite drive thru coffee shops but today it was VERY disappointing.
When we got to the drive thru window we were not greeted or asked what our order was, customer service was non existent the entire time we were there. Ordered a total of two drinks, a 20 oz blended Bigfoot Extreme Chocolate and a 16 oz Iced Mythical Mocha with oatmilk. The barista had confirmed and repeated the order for the iced mythical mocha because I requested oat milk with it.
After receiving our drinks I did not try my drink until I had arrived home and had realized my drink was made incorrectly. Please see attached photos, the drink tasted like the Bigfoot extreme chocolate but an iced version. Very disappointed because the order had been repeated to confirm and yet still received the wrong drink.
