The customer service of this bakery is terrible. Yesterday I went to la ideal 2, and asked them if they do custom cakes I spoke Ale, on the phone and she said they don’t but La Ideal 4 in Burien does for sure. We drove a 2 hours just to go to La Ideal as soon as we walked in the lady like hide in the back and when I called her out to talk about ordering a custom cake she just kept laughing at my family and I and said we don’t do custom cakes. I came here because my family knows them as bakers from South Park. I'm not sure if they are expanding or not but if they are I'm glad, they deserve it! The place is sleek, the bread is so well displayed. The smile face bread were so cleanly done I'd say they were art, other places rush the face and sometimes they look a bit off or the smiles are upside down. My aunt lives nearby and was so excited to discover that they opened up nearby that she had to brag to my mom, lol

I've only tried Mexican bread a couple times but it was from a Chinese grocery store and was horrible, lol. But this place was amazing, now I know how it's SUPPOSED to taste. It smells so good when you walk in there, and the lady so friendly and answered all my questions. The guy was friendly too, I bought 3 pastries for $6. Great prices!
