This is a new post 6/3/24--Tried the Smashed Jack @ $11 tax included-I can't recommend it. 1 patty, 3 pickles, scattered onions and a skimpy piece of cheese. I took a picture and showed it around, WT HEY JACK, who's in charge of quality control, it's been trying last couple of months, on a previous visit the cashier had to show me on her iPhone what she was saying, SHE DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH again WT HEY JACK. IF corporate calls me I hope they leave a message as I've not received calls yet. -----Tried the delivery on app, took my money from bank, couldn't find order in app, gave me a delivery time, didn't appear, called store, rang and rang, phone stopped ringing, called back, busy signal, filed complaint on website twice, No call back or correspondence, WHAT'S UP JACK YOUR NOT LISTENING 😬 Day 3 and not a single bit of correspondence, no email, no phone call from Management, District Management or corporate, JACK ARE YOU LISTENING ? Recent visits show their improvements in hiring good employees is working. They listen 👍. Recent visit was horrible. What no fryer, no French fries, cashier doesn't speak English shows me her phone using Google translate to text me and won't compensate for the combo I ordered THAT DIDN'T HAVE FRIES, I WAS CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT, shook her head, walked away, who hired a cashier that doesn't speak English and uses her phone to communicate, Arggggg ! Read moreI had the worst experience here. I came through the drive thru and specifically asked for fresh food and told them I was willing to wait. While I then waited 5 minutes in the parking lot, they came to deliver my meal. I then drove home to find cold food, which is what I feared in the first place, hence the reason I asked for it to be fresh and willing waited. Luke warm burger and literally COLD fries. I called to let them know and was told I was offered fresh curly fries if I drove back to pick them up. I started tout explain I shouldn't have to do such since drove there, I waited in the parking lot and drove home. I asked for my order to be credited as I just spent $20 on food I didn't enjoy. The young man put me on hold for 15mins, after the 16th, I hung up in hopes I could get them on the other line. Their phone has rung busy ever since, now it is 30mins later and as far as their concerned, I'm still on hold... not one person has come back to that phone even to hang it up, let alone service a dissatisfied customer. Read more2/14/2022. I pulled up about 1140pm. 3 cars plus me. 1st car leaves immediately. Next car goes. I pull up to the window and woman tells me no wait. Sure no problem. The whole time she is carrying a conversation with each patron. (Speaker still on Im think cool. She enjoys her job. Then the 3rd car pulls up. This time, it seems like driver knows the workers or something. Conversation still in full blast. 1155pm. Car finally leaves. Still no "sorry for waiting" response. I call out "Hello" remind them still waiting. (Pick truck had pulled up behind some time before) i repeat. "Hello" i still hear movement thru the speaker. "Hello" nothing. Pick up got tired of waiting. Takes off. I drive up to the window home for service. Nothing. I took off.
