Chelsea Park — Attraction in Burien

Large, grassy sport area great for soccer, football and has a baseball diamond. Playground equipment with swings, skide, ckimvers, etc. Clean, well-kept, easy to find. Street parking, no parking lot. Visible. Not a lot of hiding places so easy to keep your eyes on your kids. Close to gas, food, freeway, etc. In a neighborhood but also on a main road. No intrusive feelings when the re-apply welcome. Occasionally events held here. Decent...

This is a very beautiful park in Burien. Currently they are doing construction on the street right outside of it but it is still in use. There is a playground softball fields and more. It is not a dog park but there is lots of room for a well behaved dog to run around. The best part is there are views of Mount Rainier to the southwest which makes it truly magical. I use this park for soccer practice in fall. The field is made of grass that is regularly taken care of. The field floods on high rain days and has no outdoor lighting. It has a Baseball field, playground, and a heavy duty restroom that gets trashed from time to time. There is low rent housing near by so there are undesirables that abuse and litter on the field.
