Café Elite — Restaurant in Burien

I went around 1pm on my 30 minute break and got me and my sister a drink. i asked for red bull for both drinks and when my sister tried it, we noticed there was no red bull in one. so we went back after work around 5:30 with the drink still full to show that we had bought it and it wasn’t what we had ordered. and then…we met….Rebecca. we told her what had happened and because we were working, we couldn’t come back earlier. she gave us the most unnecessary attitude and disrespect. she told us it wasn’t on her shift and she wasn’t going to accommodate us. she proceeded to say/assume that we were students so, my sister who is 21, clarified that we were adults and we felt disrespected with the tone of voice that she gave us and how she made every thing that we said worse than what it was. we told her we knew and understood it wasn’t her fault, because of how many times she said it wasn’t during her shift, and even though we were trying to give her the most respect we could, she still kept treating us with a lot of disrespect and kept assuming things that she shouldn’t have assumed and said. my sister told her we appreciated it and we understood it wasn’t her inconvenience but she proceeded to say things and talk over us so we decided it was best to just leave. i’ve never had an experience like this with an employee at cafe elite because their always so kind and understanding but this was something that was a small problem but Rebecca made it seem like it was 10 times worse than...

I've gone to this place I've never actually drank 1 but they look gross my friend gets diet drinks all the time and they look gruesome they're blue so I don't get the blue color I drink blue pop sometime but that's different cause it's just you know it's a name brain I drink blue pop sometime but that's different cause it's just you know it's a name brand this place I drink blue pop sometime but that's different cause it's just you know it's a name brain this place is you know they put diet weird stuff in there and they wanna 6 bucks for a drink you know sorry Charlie. The saddest part is that the manager never even bothers to read their reviews and you know writes me back and says well what gives you know that that's really bad if your business doesn't even pay attention to these reviews it's not really great business practice but you know that that's a thing you know these coffee places just go with reckless abandoned and you know they make it you know 4 or 5,000eventually. Come to think of it if you wanna go to all the green for you know doing it yourself it probably be way cheaper eventually you know the ingredients must cost a fortune but you know after that it's really not that bad cause you know you're gonna get some of your money...

Around 2- 2:30pm today I went there (burien 1st ave) and the uneducated, unmannered and disrespectful employee who was working not only took her sweet time with the other customer at the window which normally wouldn’t be a problem but I had my mentally disabled patient with me in the car. When my patient started looking over at the employee wondering what was happening not only did the employee turn around and start rambling on about how if we both don’t stop looking at her that way we will not be served and that we were the rude ones for staring and not her for the way she was speaking to us. I let her know that my patient wasn’t mentally disabled and she continued to say she didn’t care and that we were going to be refused service. I am a frequent customer and enjoy all the other employees and have never had a bad experience but she needs to be refreshed on how to treat customers because that was unacceptable especially when she told me there would be no consequences for her actions if I called her manager.
