Having lived in Burien for a few weeks now, taking the bus everyday, I can say that this is a fine transit center. It's well kept, has decent art, and plentiful parking. I've kept my car there overnight once for a total of about 30 hours and it was ok!
Biggest gripes include the dearth of sound transit routes (nice commuter busses) and some sketchy characters, but the routes to Seattle are reliable and plentiful (less than ten minutes apart in the morning).
