Rent-A-Center — Local services in Burien

One of the worse customer services ever, so is 10/8 and i purchased furniture earlier in the week and scheduled for delivery today 10/8 between 3-5pm. I had to call at 4pm to see if my delivery was still happening. Spoke with 2 "managers" and they said they have no drivers or no one to deliver. But they didn't have the courtesy to call all their " scheduled" deliveries to reschedule. She said it just happened im the only one at the store, cant leave. Im not asking her to deliver but if at the beginning of the day when they open at 10am they should know if they have drivers for the day and a calendar that shows what deliveries they have the day off. She. Asked she can only really schedule asked what time im available, i already told them my availability today 10/8 between 3-5 left work early to make sure i would receive the furniture. Now she's telling me to let her know the time and they'll be there when im free lol. Told them 10-12 or 2-4 clearly 10 didn't work 🤦🏼‍♂️. Bunch of unprofessional peasants

10/12- after delivering my items they managed to forget my fireplace, kathy called me the same day and apologized for the confusion and that they would deliver it first thing tomorrow 10/12. Spoke with her during the day at 11am to confirm she said yes i would receive the fireplace. Called again when i got home around 6 and she promised me yes she would deliver it personally after she got out of work at 7pm. It is 8:46pm and im still sitting here waiting to see if she actually shows up. I will never buy anything from this company again. The false promises and the level of unprofessional employees is just something i refuse to go...

Was in this store to rent a computer I wanted a new one the manger she said showed me a new PC after filling my paper work because I asked her what do it look like ? Kafaline I think that's how u spill her name, she show me and brand new HP computer the color was grey we then finished with the paper work gave her the first down payment and she said she going to verify my info so I left she called me back and said I could pick up the computer I got back there was someone by the name of Bryant he finish the paper work only to try and sale me a used pc and got mad me because I didnt want it I felt like a victim and I wasn't going by a pc that was used PERIOD he got so upset he put my money back on my debit card. I went to Rent A Center to rent to own because most of us can't go and pay in cash, but 6 months same as cash doesn't sound to bad right well let me tell you reading the whole contract before you sign doesn't mean a thing with them because when disputing the written word I was told about other fees I was paying for that wasn't even in small print it's how they explain discrepancies when questioned about your bill so if you're smart don't do business with Rent A Center pick Aaron's or some other rent to own company they may be a bit more expensive but they don't hit you with a bunch of hidden charges and tell you they're taxes or insurance, I'm ending up paying about 150.00 in taxes on my purchase which is...
