Best tacos I’ve had in Burien. This is a combination of an outdoor taco truck and an indoor restaurant that serves delicious breakfast.

The tacos outside are served on the weekends and they truly are tacos like you would actually find in Mexico. They are calling them street tacos, but they are much larger.

We had the chicken (stewed, shredded and juicy), chorizo (filled well and tender, not too salty), Carne Asada (YUM!) And tacos Al Pastor (hmm not cut off the trompo, pineapple was cold and in logs).

The salsa bar has tons of different sauces and all of them are accessible without any of them being too hot or too mild. The dark red was the hottest. I saw them making it on night with roasted peppers and tomatoes.

You can sit outside or sit inside, even on the on the weekends. The owner was very kind and explained that they have all the permitting and comply with all of the state regulations which is an expensive process. I think he was trying to justify the price, but he didn’t need to because it’s well worth it.

They also have really delicious Aguas Frescas, like Horchata and Jamaica. We will come back for the breakfast because we love Chilaquiles and they have a whole Chilaquiles menu. Grab your friends, grab your wife, grab yo kids, and don’t forget grandma and bring them to the most notoriously great spot in all of Burien. Jesus didn’t die on the cross just for you to miss the opportunity to eat the greatest tacos on this green earth.

Everything is freshly made, even the drinks. Sides were spectacular. Deserts were killer too. The owner, Chris, is beyond friendly. He noticed I was having a hard time ordering so he assisted me and being the absolute G he is, he gave me complementary drinks as a welcome. The best tacos al carbon in the state!! From the seasoning of their meets to the salsas, everything is delicious. The secret to their success and their authentic taste is not only on the quality of their product, is the main ingredients called love and passion for what they do. Yes, owner Christian Cisneros puts his heart and soul into his cooking along with his family, it shows from the moment they take your order to the moment they hand you those delicious tacos. I personally admire people like Christian for all their hard work and dedication.
