Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Burleson

My family and I eat here all the time and love the food and service, today was different I was serviced in Stall 19 at 12:14pm on 02/26/2025 the young lady that took my order was very short and rude while taking my order, I understand being busy so It didn't bother me being in health care I know the feeling ...Today i was getting food for my daughter who was home sick today and when she took out her food it was disgusting...u can tell this was purposefully done to the food. I'm disappointed and disgusted by this, I called the manager on shift Karla and she stated well ma'am it might have just been packaged to quick and she offered to re make it..I let her know I'm back at work at this time and my daughter sent me the Pictures of the state of her food and responded well what do u want? ..No refund was offered at any time by this manager... Until!! I stated I will not be coming back and said I would like a refund because it will not be eaten. She then responded well that all u had to say is u wanted ur money back. I feel that this manager should have provided me with all options possible upfront with more understanding and compassion speaking to a customer that stated she was disgusted with the state of her food...someone squeezed this food and slammed it together u can see the hand marks on this food, where did the rest of the chilli and cheese go?? it was disgusting. This was not just poor packaged look at the wrapper completely clean and fine....will...

Went to this location to pick up an order for someone. Upon pushing the button I was told to exit my vehicle and meet someone in the middle area by the tables. I remained in my car for several minutes as I watched other customers be helped. I proceeded to get out of my car and go stand in the middle area by the tables. A guy walked out and said “what do you need?” I told him whose order I was there for. He then told me “yeah I told you in the beginning to exit your vehicle to get your order. Now that you did, I’ll have your order sent out.” A lady then comes out with the order, I asked if the ranch was in the bag and she said “I don’t know”. I then asked for 5 ranch packets like the customer requested. She went inside and the guy came back out and said “we only give out 2 for a combo meal, not giving 5 for mozzarella sticks.” I said so the paying customer doesn’t get what they requested? He said “nope they don’t.” I said I will never be back here and he said “good, dont”. I personally will never spend money at this...

My food today had an aftertaste so bad that even after I flossed and brushed my teeth the taste is still in my mouth. My advice is do not eat at the sonic at 441 E. Renfro St. I am not lying about anything. Got my food at 5pm on Feb 24, 2024. I am not going to write what I ate. I am just hoping I don't feel sick tomorrow. If you get sick after eating there, do not be afraid to go here and write down what happened. This sonic is a " sketchy" sonic. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance. Weird things happened to me there before and as I said, so long as I am not sick on Monday I will say a prayer and never return to any sonic for a long time. Do not write any complaints using their feedback link because what probably happens is they are aware you complained and they will retaliate and I do not want to read any reply from the manager of that restaurant.
