Mayor Calvin Plaza is one of my favorite places in Burleson—perfect for events, relaxing, and just soaking up the local charm. It’s clean, well-kept, and a great gathering spot.

But the Christmas decorations? Y’all. We can do better. Year after year, I keep hoping for a refresh, but instead, it’s the same underwhelming display. This plaza deserves next-level holiday magic, not decorations that look like they were last exciting in 1995.

A very beautiful plaza to spend the afternoon. It’s always decorated nicely and clean. There are very convenient restrooms available too! We also love listening to the music played over the sound system as we stroll. However, after coming here many times with our dogs we were told they were not allowed. We carry potty bags and appropriately pick up after them. It’s a shame as we will now have to find somewhere...
