Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Burley

I called to order my food before I got there and the young lady who answered the phone seemed very confused. When I told her I wanted to order she asked for my name and then asked her coworkers if they had an order ready for me. I asked her if she was planning on handing it to me through the phone because I hadn't even ordered anything yet. When I said I wanted to order cheesy crazy bread she said you mean the bread sticks that come in the bag? I repeated what I wanted and again she repeated her question. This went on for a min before I finally gave up. I went inside the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came out I had a better understanding of why the kids that work here act the way they do. A team needs good leadership. Walked in on 9/20 at 8:58 pm. Before I could open the door I could hear yelling. Being dumb and hungry I came inside anyway. There was noone up front and about 8 cars in line. I waited for a while and this kid showed up pulling a cart full of pop. Asked us if we needed help. While he was helping me there was a huge fight in back!! People yelling at each other about well you do this I did that. So not cool!! When I got my order done. He said there would be a small wait. He went to the back and told them he had an order in. Buyer beware! $50 dollars worth of pizza, that didn't even get delivered. I even paid a great tip! I am stunned that the Little Caesars app cannot guarantee their pizza! The people at the Little Caesars gave the driver the pizza and it was never delivered! $50 worth of pizza, and not even have the good graces to have a working phone number!!
