Happy Donuts — Restaurant in Burlingame

The petite lady by 6am shift was not very nice, i told him to put them on box,she does not want to, she told me put it on a sleeve paper bag instead where in im getting 8 pcs. RIDICULOUS! She even said they are very busy I think they think they are acting and talking right ... What i can say is, even you have the business in your hand that sells fast , you must be more to be more nicer, humble and treat all fairly I remember that she never said thank you to me where in she said thank you to others ...there is no personal matter here, employees should treat all customers humanly ... I hope owner should also monitoring this kind of behavior and train employees to be polite to all ...not just being fast worker and grabbing the payment Because me, i never let people down no matter what she does not speak english well or she was rude, i never turned it to her face because i donot go...

I was picking up my wife from SFO and arrived around the neighborhood way early. Not even Panera was open at 5. I was so glad that a donut shop like this opened at 5am so I could get some food.

Store looked pretty clean and I was excited that I could get a hot savory item like #3: sausage, egg and cheese croissant. There wasn’t really room in the shop to eat so I started munching it in my car. It sure hit the spot at 5:30AM. I saved half of the croissant for my wife and got her several donuts.

The donuts tasted pretty good too. I’ll be sure to visit if I have to get to SFO early again. I gotta try one of those bigger...

Love the croghnuts there, they are crispy,flavorful and delicious breakfast sandwiches I like to buy there as well. But I had 2 bad experiences placing my order, the first time the lady gave me the wrong items and I told her to fix the order and at the end she still gave me some wrong items. And today my order was very simple order of 8 croghnuts and a jalapeno bagel and I got home without the bagel in the box. Same lady taking my order and I even tipped her. I’m going to to still shopping there but I will pay attention for her service every...
