Biscuitville — Restaurant in Burlington

I have been going to this Biscuitville for over 10 years and in the past year they have messed up just about every other time I've been. I receive the wrong order so I go in and politely ask for the correct order with a receipt and they have such an attitude about correcting their mistake. I'm told it will be a 10 min wait for fries so I pull over to wait, 20 minutes later no one has come to my car so I have to go in and get them and I receive no apology for my wait. I order a plain gravy biscuit, because I know they have sausage gravy, and I get home and it is sausage gravy so I go back and ask for an exchange and I'm told they no longer have plain gravy. When asked why I wasn't told that when I ordered plain gravy they shrugged and watched me throw it in the trash in front of them. I would say this location has 3 decent and hardworking employees who now have been shoved in the back to do dishes or any other task the other employees deem themselves to good to do. When they were the ones with a good work ethic, attention to detail and were always polite. These new people are the complete opposite and I hate to see it. I will never be back to...

I went through the drive thru at 9:50am and ordered two biscuits, one was a meal and an order of fries. Was in the line for ten minutes. Got my bag checked it as I was driving away and noticed the fries were missing. Too late to talk to the attendant at the window so I pulled into the parking lot and called. I asked for my order to be brought it to the car since you could not enter the dining room and was told I needed to get back into the drive thru line which was put into the street. With two babies in the car I said I couldn’t sit in there like AGAIN. The lady on the phone said she would bring it out “this” time. We stopped here because it was on our way home and it sounded interesting. Let me save you some time... don't go. It's a SLIGHTLY better McDonald's breakfast. Biscuits were dry, pancakes were rubbery, bacon undercooked, and service was horrendous. Went to the restroom (1 person room), saw there was no toilet tissue, and went to tell the lady at the register. Another lady beside her says to me "Its in there." I say "Well, I don't see it. Where is it?" She says, "Dunno. But I put it myself." While rolling her eyes with an additude. I go back into the restroom, and lo and behold, it IS there... on the floor and half wet.
