Don't order food here online. The app sent my order here instead of the one closer to me. I called the store a minute after it was placed(as soon as I saw the mistake) I spoke to an employee and they said they can't cancel I have to call subway to do that. I asked them what happens if customers don't show up for their orders, they said they discard the food but KEEP THEIR MONEY! I called subway and they said they went 100 digital so I went to the site and there was no help to cancel my order. I called the store back and she said she would speak to her manager, the manager said to tell me she was too busy to help. The employee got back on the phone and tried to say it more politely, but I already heard what the manager said. I asked once she got freed up and they canceled my order if they could call me. If I could give this place 0 star I would. It was the worst subway I have ever gone to. I don’t know if I was on the wrong side of town, but it was horrible. The so-called manager there was throwing a fit and walked out. The young man that was working didn’t know what the heck he was doing and the short young girl was definitely rude and didn’t care if I asked her for something and she just totally ignored me. I do not recommend this place one bit, or at least this subway. The boy working also did not charge me correctly, but I did not have time to argue with him so I just decided to pay and leave by the way I never got my salad...

When there today for lunch. The door was locked no sign of the door at all about being closed. I pulled the door and nothing. There was a lady inside with bread so I knocked and after the 4th knock she finally turned around and said the store was closed. Again no sign. I asked if I could place an order online and she again said no. If you are going to close in the middle of the day there should be a sign up and also the app and website should state it’s closed or no online orders.
