Waited 15 minutes in the line inside the store before deciding to try a different location. We first walked in and multiple groups of people were sitting waiting for their food. The lady at the register was taking someone's order and after that one didn't come back to the register for the entire 15 minutes we were there waiting. During all of this multiple employees walked by trying to avoid eye contact, while another seemed to be on break, doing her best to not look at us. When they did come back up before we left, they told someone waiting they had no biscuits ready and it'd at least another 6 minutes before they would have them. Gave them theboption to wait or just leave. We went down to the other KFC on Huffman mill and placed our order in a couple minutes after being behind multiple people in line. Made some comment off hand about coming from the one on maple since they seem to not understand how to do their job. Turned out other people in line had the same exact experience as us. However the Huffman mill one still seems to have issues, told drive through was closed (wasn't after we ordered our food inside), out of multiple items, multiple employees talking on their cellphones/texting, all of this and at least they're still better than the...
Read moreWent through the driveway a half ago. Gave our order and was asked if we minded rolls because they didn't have biscuits. No problem even though we would have preferred biscuits. Check our bags at the window and missing a mashed potato. Young lady at the window was courteous however the MANAGER proceeds to tell us while rolling her eyes that she herself put the mashed potatoes in the bag. We told her to look. She took the bag from the young lady at the window aggressively, didn't bother to look and was apparently saying some not so nice things to the back staff. As the girl at the window opened the window we heard the manager say just give them mac & cheese which she did. When we handed the mac & cheese back the manager (still rolling her eyes) said something to the back staff. We were then handed a half full bowl of potatoes. Frustrated we just left. The poor young lady at the window looked apologetic but either embarrassed, anxious around the manager was hesitant to actually say anything. Manger definitely needs some customer service training. Worst KFC place ever!! The manager, Dennette refused to give me my order that was already PAID for via the app. The cashier was rude with eye rolling and making smart remarks under her breath when, I asked who was the manager. She stated "its obvious with rolling eyes with a smart mouth" and walked away. If I knew I wouldn't be asking. I figure out later Dannette was the manager by looking at her name tag later when I asked for corporates number to complain and make a report.
My app clearly said my order was "ready for pick up" and even got a notification how my experience was. Seemed they were racist because me & my daughter are clearly Hispanic. If you can't treat people with respect regardless of their race you shouldn't work at a place where different people enter your work place especially when we PAID for our order.
