I would give It half a star if they would let me. On Saturday, August 6th, I had the worst experience ever. When I was ready to order my food I was rung up by a girl in a black shirt, whom I figure was in training. While she took my order, an other customer was complaining to another employee that she had been charged for food she hand't order nor did she receive. I finished ordering and by bill came to $31.41. I counted out my money and handed the girl $41.41. She handed me back $9.90. because she had typed in $41.31. when I tried to point that out to her she had to ask someone if he handed me the right change. The girl had already put my money in the draw and closed it up so there was no proof that she counted my money wrong. Since she shorted me ten cents and was obviously learning i let it go and sat down with my family and waited for my food. We waited for over 10 minutes watching as everybody else in the lobby got their food. Normally I wouldn't have minded but i had my two nephews with me ( one is 7 the other 2) and they were hungry. One of the employee's was sweeping right next to us and never even bothered to ask if we had gotten are food, even though she was at the counter when we ordered. About 15 minutes later the girl who rang me up noticed that we still had gotten our food. She then went to put our order in (I guess for the first time) Then came back and offered two desserts for the five of us to share while we waited for our food. Yet another woman came to deliver our food and as she got to our table she drooped one of our fires on the floor. She told us that she would bring a new one. Only she never came back. Eventually my sister had to go up there to get them herself. I didn't was upset but I decided to let it go and just eat. I unwrapped my burger took one bite and found two pieces of hair stuck to the side of the bun. I of course stopped eating, My sister was so disgusted that she threw away her food as well. There was no point to try and get my money back because it was evendent that their trainee (who was left alone taking orders) can't count. I was not about to demand new food because of my experience so far. Added to all of that, during this whole mess I watched as the two customers two tables away from me talked about how they said no cheese on their sandwich and got double cheese. I also watched a guy wait for his food for so long that he left the store. I was so angry by the end of this whole debacle that I forgot to grab a comment card. The sad thing is, I haven't eaten at a Carl's Jr since 2012 and after this I wont ever eat...

This place has gone WAY downhill. Over the past year I've noticed that staff hasn't been as friendly and the food quality has gone downhill. Recently I had such a horrible experience that I've had to drop this all the way from 5 stars to 2. Even after telling them that I've always had great experiences until recently, so would give them a pass this time, the management still continued to be belligerent and incompetent. I had called in advance to make sure that they were still doing the late night BYO combo meal and was told that they did. When I tried to place the order the person had no idea what was on their menu and kept giving the wrong one. Also I kept getting interrupted and had to talk to two people at once. It wasn't a complicated order at all but neither of them could get it right. I was finally told to drive forward where the manager berated me for not saying things exactly the way that apparently I'm required to have the privilege of being a customer. Even though it literally said "late night" on the sign, I was chastised for calling it late night even though I was there after 9 pm and qualified for the original deal but I guess because it's offered during the day I can't order it at night now? He also chastised me for calling them "chicken tenders" instead of "stars". So it's clear to me that it's gone way downhill because of poor management. He felt the need to go into exact details of precisely what I had to call everything and had a very nasty attitude with me. Instead of training his own employees on how to take an order. I finally had enough and left. I filed a complaint with the HQ but there has been no followup to it. Maybe the entire company has gone downhill? He never apologized at all and acted like I was somehow in the wrong. I wasn't applying for a job, I just wanted to get dinner.

OLD REVIEW: I've been coming here fairly regularly for years and I've never had a bad experience the service is always been really good the food has been good for fast food and they've never once gotten my order wrong I would never normally give a fast food place five stars but this Carl's...

I come here a lot and order chicken tenders , this time they said pull forward which wasn’t a problem cause I figured fresh food. I got home , tired , starving. I bite into the chicken tenders and they’re hard , dry and not fresh. Tastes like they were sitting there all day in a heat lamp and I’m highly disappointed. Ordered a triple bacon burger master , no pickles, no onions , no tomatoes, extra mustard. It came with all of what I didn’t order. I spent $28 no receipt , nothing. I threw my food in the garbage and basically wasted my money. Not to mention I was charged for a triple burger and didn’t have the extra patty. If I place an order and you read it back correct how do I get my food all wrong. Those chicken tenders were disgusting, dry and tough. My partner specifically wanted that burger and said it had no flavor and had to take it apart and take off things he didn’t want. Now I’m going to bed hungry and...

Ordered a double orgonal thick burger with mayo, ketchup and lettuce only. The amount on mayo on the burger literally made the bottom bun so soggy you could not eat it. Approximately half an inch of mayo was on the burger on both the top and the bottom. When contacting the store their response was thats a normal amount of mayo. In over 5 years of Carl's Jr burgers I have never seen such an insane amount of mayo on one sandwich. They told me to "order light mayo" next time if I didn't want so much. Easier option. Just don't order from them unless you want an ocean of mayo on your sandwich ruining it. I added a picture of the burger AFTER removing the excess mayo, note the extremely soggy bun.

My first Carl's JR. was in Kent and it was fantastic so when Burlington got one I was excited. I went shortly after opening and was disappointed. This was my second and last time. There was only a couple people eating inside. It was clean for fast food joint. The drive thru was fairly consistent but not backed up. The cashier never smiled. Flaccid. No enthusiasm. No suggestions. Obviously couldn't care less. The fries were cold and the chicken strips were small and over cooked. I asked to replace it which was no problem. The small chicken strip breading tasted a bit chemically and my husband's burger patty was off. We both thought it was weird. I will not give a third chance.
