Casey's — Restaurant in Burlington

I called to order potato cheese bites and was told 25 minutes. I worked at casey's for 2 years, they only take 6 to make. But I waited patiently and went in the store 25 minutes later. I waited around for almost 5 minutes before someone in the kitchen acknowledged me. They told me no one had called to order anything . I was upset because I doubled checked I had the right number. Told me it would be a 7 minute wait. I was on lunch and had no time to wait so I just decided to grab a slice of pizza. There were no labels on any slices and no time stamps on the bottom like they are supposed to have. I asked the lady back in the kitchen if the top shelf was cheese and she said yes. I sat down in my car, took a bite and noticed it was actually ham. I'm a vegetarian. I called and all they could say was oh, we have a new guy today. Sorry. I'll pass...

Stay far away from this Casey’s I placed a order on June 27th for a chicken wrap and a side of Mac and cheese upon arrival of store to pick up my order I was told that they couldn’t provide my food because they were out of ingredients so I did what any normal person would do and asked for a refund to which I was told no because their was no manager I was told to leave my name and number and that a manager would contact me first thing in the morning here it is almost a week later no call no refund no anything I also emailed corporate and apparently they don’t think I should receive my money back either because they couldn’t even respond with at least a apology. I will NEVER give this store another penny...

Ordered a half Supreme half meat lovers, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, when there is supposed to be, mainly sausage and vegetables tonight for supper, and it was the worst pizza I have gotten from Casey's. Maybe I should have ordered from Summer Street instead of the West Ave location. Never will I ever order from the West Ave location again. I will be calling and complaining about this. Very rude staff all together, called and ordered over the phone and very rude young man on the other end. The delivery drive basically ran onto our front porch, threw the pizza at my husband, didn't say anything, and ran off my front porch. Worst food and service I have ever got...
