I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. The food was excellent but the employees were not, especially the manager on duty. I stopped in on my way to work so I was actually in a hurry. Granted, they (the employee working up front and the manager) had no idea that this was the case, however, every employee working (ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT!) should always, always, ALWAYS ASSUME that guests/customers are in a rush which is why we choose FAST (!!) Food. As I am standing there waiting for my order (waiting for my fries which have been ready for approximately 4-5 minutes and just needed to be put inside of my bag), I notice the manager just standing there having a whole conversation with another employee about when bonuses are going to be given out or something or other irrelevant instead of placing my ready fries in my bag. Worst of all is that the employee that she was speaking with was ACTUALLY WORKING until she interrupted him with something that could have and definitely SHOULD HAVE, been discussed at a later, more appropriate time other than when you have guests waiting. I expected more from the manager. The employee whom took my order.. the same... only instead of talking to her co-worker she chose to manage her time by admiring her acrylic nails. Finally, after stating that I would need a refund because it was taking entirely too long for my FAST (Keyword) food, miraculously my order was ready. I'm soo so sooooooo so sorry to whomever reads this review for it being just entirely way too long but I needed to give the whole scenario to explain why I gave them the rating that I did. Read moreI'm giving 3 stars on the food because I have been hooked on the chicken tenders however the service sucks they close whenever they want I went to order a 10 piece tender at 9pm they close at 10pm and the young lady told me the cook said he was not dropping any tenders I was confused because they close at 10pm and I thought that meant at 9pm you can still order well I guess not chicken tenders and I should have known they were on some bs because the drive through screen was shut off and when I pulled up to the drive through it took a minute or 2 for the worker to say can I take your order I had to ask were they open because the appearance was giving closed however I believe thats the vibe they were going for like they wanted to appear closed so they would not have to do anymore work I have been to several fast food places in Burlington and Durham that do that same thing because I guess in their mind they are closed it's like they are saying no we not taking your order or serving you because we close in a hour which that's weird to me but I guess things have changed since I worked in fast food and I'm not the type of person to think I'm better than anyone or talk down to anyone because of where they work to make their money however things are different now it really seems like no one wants to work even when they are at work it's like they be mad at you because you came to order food from them and it's really discouraging and a reality check for me because I don't need to be eating or wasting my money at places that act like I'm bothering them and most of the fast food is unhealthy and overpriced...
Read more1st things first, Marcus. Sorry excuse for a manager. I came to this location same time 6:45pm 7/15, and had excellent HOT freshly made food. I came back 7/17 (because my last order was so good) noticing a different set of staff I asked when ordering can I please have my food made fresh. I will pull up, wait no problem. I ordered the original bag, I paid, I got pulled up I waited. Marcus comes out with the bag, I drive across the street and open my food, the burgers were stone cold, fries been under the heat lamp for who knows how long. Burgers were so cold the cheese hadn't even melted and there was no onions. I call and speak to Marcus, he tells me bring my receipt. I go back, the pink haired girl at the window Shianne.. acted like she couldn't hear so I drove up to the window, a few minutes later Marcus appears, and says he's never spoke to me. He most definitely did less than 5 minutes ago when I asked if he could remake my cold food, I handed him my receipt he didnt want it, and appeared a few minutes later with a gravy container of cold onions for my already cold burgers. I GET that you guys work in fast food, but why not have a little more pride in what you do. Being lazy, sarcastic, and rude isnt what any of you are paid for. I was respectful the entire transaction. BOTH of them, there is absolutely no excuse to do any of that to a customer. I will be escalating this, and yes over some onions. Why make yourself have a bad day over...
