King Chef — Restaurant in Burlington

My husband and I are fairly new to Burlington we tried several Chinese restaurants in the area and was not pleased, we came across king chef and my husband really liked it. We get food from there often and have had no problems the last 2 times on 2 different occasions I ordered chicken on a stick the first time it was so over cooked I couldn't eat it, things happen so I just let it go next time we ordered we went into restaurant and we told them what happened first time they didn't seem to care my husband said please don't over cook it the lady there said we not burn it well when I got home it was so tough I didn't eat it.

Well tonight we ordered I got something different I ordered the chicken habachi with veggies when I tried the chicken it had a funny taste I told my husband he tried it and said this doesn't taste good . He called and as usually the girl who answers the phone is rude, he told her what was wring with dish she said the owner said no you can't return it just cuz you don't like it he said this had a funny taste her response then we'll it's the same chicken used for yours he said his was fine. So he brought it back to the restaurant and they didn't care he said try it they wouldn't. He said I'm a regular customer they said sorry we can't help you I could see if I didn't like it but the chicken had a weird taste and with chicken you have to be very careful. I'm pretty sure if they went somewhere and didn't like what they got or didn't taste good they would get something else. I guess they don't care about there customers he told my husband I can't loose my money so I guess he would rather loose our business over 7.95 what a shame. Horrible!!! Please read the other reviews one lady mentioned vomiting and rancid tasting food and she is not lying! We decided to try them because it was late and we had been traveling all day. Please look at my photos THE RICE IS NOT FRIED RICE, IT'S YELLOW RICE AND IT'S HARD AND DRY. ALL THE MEAT WAS HARD FRIED AND RANCID. MY STOMACH FEELS VERY QUEASY AND THEIR IS A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH. First off, i never saw a Chinese restaurant that had only two flavor wings and one of the is buffalo😑. The other she says is honey chicken. I asked is it actual Chinese honey braised chicken or a store bought sauce they throw on fried wings. She acted defensive and said she didn't know it's just a sauce they put on the wings. She was Chinese but seems to have never tasted Chinese style cookin. While i was trying to force down these unseasoned wings coated in a sweet gelatin like sauce (there was no actual honey and I'm confused about the gelatin), i look up to see my boyfriend spitting into the trash , his general tso chicken was over cooked hard and seemed like it was cooked earlier and they fried it again. I told him general tso can't be that bad and tried several pieces all very hard not crunchy hard. I made it through one wing but now my appetite is gone and I'm nauseated. Look at my pics. My wife ordered delivery. It took over an hour to be delivered, we live 6 miles from the store. When the food arrived everything was not as she ordered it. When I called and spoke to the lady at the store she spoke in a foreign language to a guy and each time she finished speaking with him she told me that my wife had not ordered the food as she had done. For example: wife ordered beef lomein with no vegetables. The woman at the store told me that my wife never said no vegetables. Basically she called my wife a liar three different times. Then she told me if I wanted to get the order like I desired I could come to the store, I explained that I ordered DELIVERY so I didn't have to drive and she said she didn't care.
