La Boheme — Restaurant in Burlington

Stopped in for a drink before our dinner reservation not knowing anything about it. Very nice place well stocked bar with high end spirits. Had a flight of bourbon and found a new favorite. The bartender and owner was very knowledgeable and friendly had a great conversation. Highly recommend for small group gatherings. Will be returning next time we’re in Burlington. Had a few drinks...she had a "lavender" gin that was pleasant with a few sips. I had a Fig Jam Old Fashioned which was an interesting riff. Pours are based off 1 ounce. Neat pour is just basic 1 ounce also. Noticed a Redemption bottle but they checked the book to make sure it was Rye. Decor is pleasant enough to make a nice alternative to the other bars...

Been there a couple times now and fully anticipate many more to come. Cindy the owner is a gem! Varied selection of cocktails and light appetizers to munch on.
