Worst experience. First time going in. I usually use the mobile app then just run through the drive thru. The mobile app wasn't working. It said there was an issue on their end and for me to go in. I walk in and the area to order is tiny and super cramped. There's only a ti y counter to order from and no real space for a line. There were 2 others in front of me and yet I waited in line for almost a half hour. Come to find out the people in front of me just wanted refills. So they waited all that time just for refills because there's no fountain in the lobby! I found that to be ridiculous. But then no one was coming to wait on anyone. They all stayed in the back. Finally the man in front of me had to yell for someone to come out so they could get a refill. When it's finally my turn I show them where the mobile app was having issues and it said for me to go in. The guy just says yeah that's been going on for 3 or 4 days. Ok, first, no it hasn't cuz I just used it the day before, but I was like whatever and just asked if he'd honor the mobile deals that you can only get on the app. He says no, there's no way for him to do that. Read moreI am a Doordasher and when I was working on 9/26, the power was out in this area so when I got an order for this store, I went there and was told by another dasher that the store was closed. I looked on the door and it was a note saying that they had no power and was closed. I had to report that the store was closed and I received half pay. Right after that, an employee came out to tell everyone that it will take up to 45 minutes for their system to start up. After that I got two more orders for the store and I reported them as closed also. Right after that, another employee came out about five minutes after the first one and told me that there are several doordash orders in there waiting for us to get them. I told her that the sign says you are closed and the manager said that it would take up to 45 minutes. They made orders without letting us know that they were doing so and that we could come in to get them. Because of that, I got deactivated from Doordash just because they made the orders when I reported the store closed. I never liked this store before I started dashing and I hate it...

I finally requested assistance and apparently they assumed we were all together because they helped 1 gentlemen, who had been shorted in drive thru and ignored the rest of us until I once again insisted that someone help us. Nobody was greeted or even acknowledged until we said there's more than just DoorDash we would also like to order or have assistance.
