Starbucks — Restaurant in Burlington

Waited an hour and didn't get my drink. i didn't rightly notice how long i waited at first because i was at a table on my computer getting some work done for most of that time. when i looked at the clock and realized they never called my name.

so i went to the counter and asked about it and the barista who was supposed to make stated she saw me leave and thought i left so she through out the order.

the problems with this:

1. i went outside to grab my computer from my car as i didnt want to stand in line with it.
2. she didnt cancel the transaction she just descided not to make the drink.
3. my car was in front of the store and i wasn't gone very long, 60 seconds at most.
4. the place wasn't crowded there just was a line when i got there which consisted of 3 of 7 customers in the place.

i got my drink refunded and still got my coffee but i can say that my already low view on Starbucks was lowered by this. the only reason they got two stars is because they were nice about it and apologized for...

I left my house in a hurry, in an effort to get my toddlers out to burn some energy. I almost missed our playdate and was running late, and never even had my caffeine.

Tiffany set us right straight away. She was so great with my kids, and made our order perfect- she even remembered to ask for my order, because I certainly had forgotten!

My little boy had been on a meltdown train for half an hour, and had another here in Starbucks when I wouldn't let him dismantle their backstock of waterbottles (how dare I!) She averted disaster with a treat of whipped cream and chocolate sauce with sprinkles. In short: she was my fairy godmother swooping in to save me just in the nick of time.

So, thank you for going the extra effort. Thanks for being my friend when I especially needed one.

Oh, and they make great coffee, like most Starbucks stores. Really clean and great...

I had a medical appointment and had to travel an hour to get there so got a 'wrap' for breakfast there. Found out that it was '2 for 1 beverage day so I got to try a new drink...an oatmilk lavender something or other that was brown in color. Interesting but won't order that again~ It is fun to try their new 'creations.' Their 'spinach feta wrap' is a great, nutritious and tasty breakfast. Also, their Blond Flat White coffee drink doesn't have any sugar and doesn't have any bitterness, rather is very flavorful and delicious. Wish they had 'ginger loaf' all year round! Hope SB will experiment with some ginger based drinks soon! I've tried several samples of their 'olive oil' based coffees and they are actually surprisingly very good as well. I am amazed at how fast baristas can whip up an order. Bravo to...
