Starbucks — Restaurant in Burlington

Mia the manager was rude. Very distasteful energy. I spent my money on two of the bacon cheese breakfast sandwiches. I returned them because the bread was extremely hard. I took an extremely small bite out of one. She was rude during the return process because I was not interested in having them remade but instead just wanted my money back. She then begins to tell me about how much she eats the sandwich and is just fine. So I begin to state I have eaten the sandwich and previously enjoyed it. She then begins to state if I return the sandwich will be the same. I stated “I will not be returning”.. unnecessary and unprofessional back and forth. A MANAGER, should just honor the company’s policy and apologize for the customers inconvenience (I did have to waste my time driving back to the location) and allow them to receive their refund not try to go tic for tack and try to insult the customers intelligence on what they like or used to from Starbucks.

I enjoy the Chapel-hill location but will never return to this one. Ever. Customer service needs some work for sure. That type of energy will send a loyal customer away fast especially if is this customer very first time even making a return is not something that is purposeful done. Would...

Roni and Matt are both so amazing!

I went with my sister on a whim and we decided to go inside. It was within an hour to close and I had no idea what I wanted aside from some coffee beans. Roni was super sweet and offered to grind them while I decided. I am so used to being rushed or having people annoyed with me if I don't immediately know what to get. They were so sweet, patient, and helpful.

They also gave fantastic recommendations! I am now the fastest fan of the pineapple lemonade refeesher and I can't wait to try new outmilk recommendations. It has been such a long time since I've been excited about going to Starbucks and trying a new drink. Now I can't wait until my next visit.

I’m not from Burlington and not a regular here but I will say that my drink was made correctly. This was my first time to this location and service was average at best. It wasn’t as clean and as stocked as many I visit but at lest the restrooms were clean. My drink is nothing special but it hasn’t been made correctly at all handful of location’s. Some locations make it and it’s barely acceptable and I just leave and forget to comment/review later.
