Page and Kyna were awesome. Both are super sweet and catered to my meat allergy needs. There was a small altercation that took place, Page was very professional and handled it with respect and in a professional manner. When under stress she did not break! On top of it all, after the situation was resolved she took my order and other customers order with a smile and kindness. I give her a 10/10 star rating. Kyna helped with my order as well. I really appreciate how he took the time to hear and understand my concerns about changing gloves due to meat contamination. He not only changed his gloves but he took the time to wipe down the station and utensils before making my sub. Read moreThey actively try and rip you off at this location. There are many options for subs with 2x cheese. These are priced with 2x cheese in mind. That said 👏 they will ask what cheese you want, and if you respond "the 2x cheese that comes on the sub" they will try and sneak only a single layer of cheese. If this discrepancy is pointed out to them they will only give you TWO extra slices 😤. I've worked at a few subways and a footlong sub comes with 4 slices of cheese. 2x4 is neither 4 or 6. Anything less that 8 is robbery. This may sound petty lol me complaining over 2-4 pieces of cheese but with prices on food being what they are... . Upon entering, I witnessed employees displaying highly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior towards a customer who seemed to differ from them. Not only did they make disparaging remarks related to the recent election, but their attitudes were rude, hostile, and entirely unacceptable. The way they treated this customer was clearly discriminatory, and it was shocking to witness in this day and age.
