UPDATE: My husband called and went up there and they corrected the mistake and we got our $20 back. My husband said that the lady was super nice about it. We will continue going but we will just pay with cash from here on out. We came here last Saturday and the food was amazing so I decided to get take out on Monday. My husband went in and got the take out container and got my food from the buffet. When he went to pay the total was $22.93. A little pricey but I wanted it so he didn’t care. He wrote $0 in on the tip because again he got my food and all they did is ring him up. Yesterday morning I woke up to a notification saying that they updated my transaction amount from $22.93 to 42.93 to include the tip. They charged my account a $20 tip after my husband wrote $0 on the receipt. They took my gas money for the week and overdrew my account. I’m beyond pissed off and will probably never go back. Read moreI have been going here for years and had originally given this restaurant 5 stars but unfortunately I have decided to give one star now. I have noticed the last few months, as well as today (September 26th, 2024) that every time my husband and I are in for a quick bite to eat, that at least one or two members of your staff are eating as well. Which that is understandable. Working long hours can work up an appetite. But what is NOT ok, is when the staff members are sitting behind your customers while eating and then decide to slurp, smack, and chew as loud as they can. People don't come to your restaurant to listen to your workers eat like cattle. It's rude, obnoxious, annoying and down right nasty. You need to teach you staff some table manners or do like other restaurants do and make them eat in a break room. The lady at the front desk is just as bad. Read morePre-Pandemic this place was rockin! Went there for the first time since February 2020 and it started off great! Not many people with all kinds of yummy options at the buffet counters ( 4 counters)! Customer service is and was great. However, 2 of the 4 people in our party started to feel ill before we even finished our dinners. As it turns out both of them ended up being awake all night and into the next day getting sick from what we are presuming was food poisoning. Couldn't tell you which dish it came from since we all ate from so many options. Having said that this is the 1st time I've ever had a bad experience with this restaurant. Even so, I'm not too sure I'll be going back. Getting sick from Chinese food is a very, very, very unpleasant experience. With that being said I would like to reiterate that this was an isolated incident and again it was the very first time, out of many, that I had any problems.
