Harbor Freight — Local services in Burton

Called before I drove there for a pump that I seen online to make sure they had it and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. When I got there I was greeted instantly when I went through the door and asked if I needed any help. Come to find out, she pulled the item I asked for already and it was up at the register. I also needed an accessory to go with it. Another worker found it and brought it up to the register for me before I could make it back to where it was on the shelf. She and another employee brought it to the car and loaded it in to my vehicle for me. I didn't have to lift a finger throughout the whole shopping trip. The store was a lot nicer inside than the other Harbor Freights that I have been to. Big THANK YOU to the 2 lady's that helped me and the gentleman that loaded...

Simple access from the freeway. Very clean store, with a helpful friendly staff. There's not much to say about the chain in general. You either like it or you don't. It's a fantastic place to go if you are looking to pick up a new hobby or to get some above average tools at an affordable cost. My daughter has been wanting to get into rock tumbling. I went to pick one up that the average cost on Amazon was $100-$125. And that's low-end equivalents. Harbor Freight cost was $69.99. If you pay attention to ads, they always have deals. Now, she gets to try a new hobby for $49.99...

They raised the bar on this location! State of the art store with automatic wide doors for big and heavy purchases, fast check out lanes, incredibly organized and fully stocked aisles, and friendly / helpful staff. I stopped by to check it out and pick up a few small things, but I can't wait to go back and really delve into their inventory! Huge kudos to the owner and management of this location. Keep up...
